Create a job site

The Fleet portal allows you to assign machine/fleet to different sites that can be defined geographically and over time.

Alerts can be generated if the machine(s) associated to this site is/are used outside the geographical area (geofencing) or the defined period (time fencing).

There are 2 types of sites: warehouse and construction site.

A Depot corresponds to the site of regular storage / recurrent machines (no timefencing). It corresponds to the main site(s) of the rental customer.

A construction site corresponds to a site where the machine is used by the clients of the rental company. It has a limited duration.

All machines associated with a site will follow the rules defined for that site.

TO CREATE A JOB SITE :

Go on "Fleet Management", "Sites & activities" and finally click on "Create a job site"un chantier"

Enter the fields and save :

• Name

• Job site dates, opening and ending (does not correspond to time fencing)

• Site address

• Postal code

• City

• Country

To be more precised in the location, click on "Locate on map" before saving and adjust the position of the site directly on the map.
