Energy fault code

Introduction

Associated with the dashboard of the health status of the park around energy, the user has the detail of the errors. The dashboard systematically refers to this detail.

The detail of the energy fault codes is also accessible via the navigation menu.

• Login with your account

• Click on Fleet Management

• Click on Energy fault codes

The machines concerned by an energy fault in the customer's equipment appear. The defects are classified in descending order of appearance (from the most recent to the oldest). Defects related to the same machine are highlighted when hovering over the mouse.

• Click on the fault (click on the line), the fault file opens.

• The contextual menu gives access to the machine sheet, the defect sheet and the Service Request form.
